How the house protects its work — and yours

Privacy

Details sent through a GIAG Media form are used to answer and manage your message. We never sell your details, and we share them only with the services that run our forms and their logs (for example, our form provider) so we can receive them. We keep form messages for up to 12 months, then delete them — write to info@GIAGMedia.com to have yours deleted sooner. The privacy standard for anything the house offers — what it uses, what GIAG Media holds, and what it never asks for — is stated in each product’s own privacy policy before it is offered.

Terms

GIAG Media publishes its own brands and products. No page on this site takes a sign-up, payment, or contract. Product terms are published with each product before it can be bought or downloaded.

Content protection

Originality first: GIAG Media publishes its own work, made in-house. Community content is featured only with the creator’s explicit permission, on file, for that use. Music is used only from a license we can name or a platform library inside that platform’s own terms. No outside brand’s art or mark is presented as GIAG Media’s own, and required disclosure labels are applied where a platform calls for them.
